Photography Studio

  • A modern settee set with a custom oversized lounge sofa combined with vintage French archways and crystal wall chandeliers make it the perfect space to entertain, host meetings, throw an intimate dinner party or an ideal dance floor for larger events.
  • Distressed walls with 24k gold paint accents create a unexpected contrast to the elegant beauty perfect for Production Sets.
  • A 45” LED Smart TV, Sonos sound system and full Wi-Fi makes this area comfortable, but sensible. 

The Private Collection

  • This small space off of the studio lounge is grunge inspired.
  • It has beautiful gold and black walls and industrial lighting. 
  • It’s the perfect space to put the DJ or have a unique vintage inspired photo shoot using our antique 4ft safe. 

Gourmet-Catering Kitchen/Formal Dining Room 

  • Boasts ample storage and workspace including an oversized island with white-marble countertops. 
  • This industrial space features custom black cabinetry, restaurant appliances, and hand painted black and white floors. 
  • Our kitchen is also camera-ready! 
  • A chic combination of black and white with metallic accents keeps the color scheme simple yet sophisticated. 
  • Velvet-upholstered chairs, a sleek wood table, a gold and glass chandelier, and vintage mirrored fireplace with an antique French mantel work together to add to the warm, formal tone. 
  • Dining rooms don't have to be oversize to be elegant. 

Hair & Makeup Room

  • The MOST beautiful Bride’s room in Los Angeles.
  • Three professionally lit stations with both fluorescent and halogen lighting to allow for daylight and tungsten lit scenarios. 
  • Each station also has independent electrical outlets and storage. 
  • Two separate dressing areas with privacy curtains. 
  • Beautifully furnished with a glamorous chesterfield sofa and golden full-length three-way mirrors. 

The Viewing Room

  • The MOST elegant Groom’s Room in Los Angeles.
  • Floor to ceiling our viewing room is stunningly beautiful with its black velvet riveted sofa, life size photography and furniture-style cabinetry. 
  • The contrasting color scheme takes on a sophisticated, traditional air while staying warm and inviting. 
  • A 60” Smart TV is perfectly place for reviewing film or a presentation with a small group. 
  • Black high gloss pocket doors give this space a lot of privacy. 

POWDER ROOMS

  • The soft color palette is clean, elegant and timeless. White marble countertops and floors; crystal wall sconces, brass fixtures and gold-framed mirrors give this room a touch of romance. 
  • Gleaming black floor to ceiling marble, brass accents and a full-size claw foot tub inside a walk in rain shower room make this chic bathroom the perfect photography/filming scene or just a place to relax after a long day. 
  • All Powder Rooms are fully operative.

Warehouse

  • This Parisian themed rue “street” is the focal point of our 3,000 square foot warehouse and is adjacent to our private parking lot.
  • It has the feel of sexy, elegant sophistication for any seated dinner of 150 guests under our custom chandelier.
  • This space is perfect for white screen photography boasting 20- foot ceilings and natural light access.
